Course overview:
This course will develop participants’ knowledge and understanding to apply conceptual frameworks and techniques to manage project risk effectively in complex project environments. 

By the end of the course, you will have developed the knowledge and skills to: 
  • Understand accepted risk management practices (including risk identification, analysis, and treatment). 
  • Critically examine the project risk lifecycle.
  • Understand organisational capability management maturity models encompassing risk nature and the impact of cognitive biases on judgement and decision-making for projects.
